RESEARCH FOR INDUSTRY AND PUBLIC AGENCIES. CIDAF works for private agro-food companies and, for public agencies such as Spanish Society Against Cancer (AECC), Ministry of Science and Innovation, the Andalusian Regional Government, and many others, performing different research studies within six different research areas.

CIDAF performs comprehensive development and identification of bioactive ingredients in food products; from extraction, characterization, purification and determination of the bioactivity to isolation, extraction and production of functional foods and nutraceuticals at pilot scale.
